Combining statistics, area knowledge, and a high level of service, Evan puts every effort into making the process of selling or searching for your home, a smooth and enjoyable experience. His background stems from a combination of urban planning and real estate investment, where he has tailored his niche into working with investors find upswing locations as well as working with prospective home buyers/sellers on effective price placement/targeting.  

Evan has lived in Birmingham for nearly 30 years and currently resides in Pleasant Ridge w/ his wife Jamie. He has an education in Urban Planning where, in graduate school, he focused on the relationship between public policy and the housing market. Prior to coming to Max Broock, Evan worked in the private Urban Planning consulting business where he was involved in the creation of Master Plans and Zoning Ordinances for Cities within the Detroit Metro area.

Evan feels it is very important to understand all outside influences that effect the housing market and to inform buyers/sellers with the idea of maximizing their potential.
